| Freedom House of Mecklenburg
Inc. Substance Abuse Services is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Located in
Charlotte, North Carolina, we serve residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, and
Virginia.
Freedom House of Mecklenburg Inc. therapeutic
transitional housing component was established in 1997 to teach spiritual principles and
life skills to a disenfranchised group of fathers.
Today, adult males and adolescents who have a history of
substance abuse, use the services of FHoMI. These individuals are ready to make a
commitment to change their lives and move toward a positive future without the use of mind
or mood altering chemicals.
Women and men who have prior DWI / DUI convictions and
are in the hearing process of driving privilege reinstatement are referred to FHoMI by
their hearing officer for DMV Evaluations.
Mission Statement Our mission is to improve the quality
of life of families by creating an atmosphere where recovery happens. We strive to
encourage, uplift, and guide the participants in our programs in the pursuit of spiritual,
physical, intellectual, economic, emotional, and social growth. |
