Freedom House Transitional Housing for Men is a 1 to 2 year
program.
The focus is on:
- Housing
- Employment
- Relapse Prevention
- Personal Goal Setting & Achievement
- Spiritual Development
- Interpersonal Relationship Building
- Self Care
- Education
The Freedom House Transitional Housing Units are managed by
a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. There are 2 facilities which have a 12 member
capacity. Once a potential member completes an APPLICATION, an interview will be
scheduled to determine whether he is eligible and appropriate for services.
Services include but are not limited to:
- NA / AA meetings
- Relapse Prevention
- Step Study
- Community Meeting
- Communication Skills Development
- Budgeting / Financial Management
- Counseling
